Introduction.   The role (and control) of fibroblast cell populations within the developing lung is not well understood.   Here we explore PDGFRa+ fibroblast cells during lung development using PDGFRa+ GFP transgenic mice, with fluorescence imaging, RNA profiling & FACs analysis.
